Currently near completion of creating my Moana cosplay from scratch! I wasn’t able to find her costume online that was made nicely and in my size, so I decided to take on the ongoing project of creating it myself and it has been a lot of fun! I created the top and belt with the help of my aunty who is embroidering the skirt, it looks so organic and tribal! Really true Moana’s heritage.
What’s nice about being an artist is that your craft and skills cross over all platforms 🙂
Final photos of the entire cosplay together will be up soon!
Hey all! Just updating you to let you know that my commissions are currently closed, this includes the Fivesquid service. I have many commissions to be getting on with already and including children’s books to illustrate. I will update once I am available again soon. 🙂
I was nominated by an awesome artist called Storm Stewart to do the ‘Meet the Artist’ challenge! Here is my submission, check out my instagram to see who I nominated to take the challenge next! I drew myself in my usual style but the design and layout of the bio is a homage to my favourite and adorable game ‘Yoshi’s Island’!
There are some new items up on my Etsy for sale! Some are the original drawings too so take a look before they’re gone! I will definitely be adding more soon too so keep an eye out!
Please take a look and have a lovely day! 🙂

I have been a real busy body of late! Many requests are coming through from authors to illustrate their books and I have started a new part time job at the Disney Store too. My life is taking a whole new turn and I am very happy at the way it has unfolded. So much has happened to me within a year, it’s unreal but I feel more in control of my happiness especially career-wise. I hope to one day quit my day job and really be a full time artist! The only way is up.
Moana drawing! I can not wait to see this film after today’s new trailer! The drawing on the left is the one I did today, the one on the right is from last year October (I attempted inktober and I failed). I am amazed and so happy with my progress and improvement with my drawings. Practising your passion and never giving up is the only way you’ll improve. I’ve been able to draw from as long as I can remember, but by challenging myself and pushing my skills I’ve become a versatile artist. Only now do I finally feel like I’ve found a style that I really do love. This picture is proof that if you keep practising something, you WILL improve.
My Etsy Store is open for business! You can now purchase A4 and 5×7″size prints from a selection of my digital paintings and I will post them to you!
Please take a look and spread the word.
Many thanks everyone!
In Camden, there is a new cinema being built and there was a call out to illustrators/designers/artists to draw up a film poster in black and white of their favourite film. The 10 winners will have their posters displayed on the outside of the cinema whilst it is being built! It’s an excellent way to get more notice and this is the piece I entered.
It is hard to narrow down one film I love, there are so many I love all for different reasons. But Pocahontas is the one movie that brings me so much nostalgia and beautiful teachings.
